Client Registration Process

Once you have expressed interest in registering with ACOA Direct and the process has been initiated by your ACOA representative, you will receive an email invitation to your client site with a hyperlink to the sign-up page. Once you have set up your own login account, if you do not already have one, and log in to the account, you will be required to enter a Shared Secret (one time code) before being able to access your client site. This Shared Secret is used to confirm your identity and to ensure the privacy and protection of your online information. It must be provided by ACOA in the form of an outgoing telephone call, mailed letter or in person.
