Client Registration Form

The following link provides access to the registration form for use of ACOA Direct. Follow these steps to register for ACOA Direct:

  1. Complete and sign the registration form, assigning an Authorized Client Administrator (ACA) to take responsibility for the administration of the client site.
  2. Submit the completed form to an ACOA representative in person, by fax, via courier or by mail.
  3. The assigned ACA will receive an email invitation to set up their ACOA Direct account, accept the online agreement and manage the client site.
