IMPORTANT NOTICE

System updates to improve ACOA Direct will be occurring between Saturday, September 7 – Tuesday, September 10. During these dates, each client will experience a 48-hour period when they will not be able to use ACOA Direct. The exact time and length of the outage will vary by client.

More detailed outage information specific to your account will be available if you attempt to log in in while your account is being updated.

Two-factor authentication for GCKey

Please be advised that ACOA will enable two-factor authentication for GCKey accounts on July 31, 2023. Each time you log into ACOA Direct with your GCKey account you will need to enter a two-factor authentication passcode.
